WEEKLY SUMMER
ROWING CAMP AND HIGH PERFOMANCE CAMP 2026

WEEKLY SUMMER ROWING CAMP
WHEN:
9:30 AM - 12PM

You may sign up for as many weeks as you want.

Cove Park on Redwoods Rd.
Sag Harbor

WHO:
Weekly sessions for all! Beginner and experienced rowers welcome.

Eligibility: Must be 10 years old and up. No prior rowing experience is necessary.

Each week we will feature as guest coach an elite rower or a current or former coach of a major college or university rowing program

JUNIOR AND U23 HIGH PERFORMANCE
SCULLING CAMP

Sag Harbor Community Rowing will offer a two-week Junior and U23 high performance sculling camp starting Monday June 15TH continuing thru Saturday June 27th The High-Performance camp will have two sessions Mon-Fri (morning & afternoon) and one morning session on Saturdays. Coaching will include on water and sport-specific land training. The camp will be limited to 16 participants, is intended for experienced rowers, and will prepare the athletes to compete in the Independence Day Regatta in Philadelphia Friday-Sunday July 24 - 26. Athletes may sign up for one or both weeks. It is highly recommended that athletes interested in competing in the Independence day Regatta plan on attending both weeks.
Fees: $2000.00 for 2 weeks including lunches and regatta entry
$1250.00 for 1 week

Spring rowing program is a competitive rowing program for beginners and experienced rowers designed to improve your technical proficiency and aerobic base.

WHEN:
MAY 5TH - JUNE 19TH

Tuesdays, 4 - 5:30 Students only
Tuesdays, 5:30 - 7 Adults
Thursdays, 4 - 6 Students
Saturdays, 7:30 - 9am Students and Adults

WHERE:
Cove Park Redwoods Rd.
Sag Harbor

WHO:
6th - 12th grade students & adults
Beginner and experienced

HOW:

All instruction will be done in single sculls , doubles or quads

Program fees:
Students: $449.00
Adults: $499.00
Seasonal membership is included in above fees
Pay for Spring & Fall program now and save $100.00

We now have 16 new pairs of oars!

We are currently fundraising to replace our well used oars.

We will be ordering from Concept 2 multiple pairs of the Smoothie Vortex skinny oars. The same oars that I have been using.

The oars will cost us $800.00 per pair. We have committments for 8 pairs so far! Your donation of $800.00 or $400.00 for a half pair is tax deductible!
